Our hotel is contact free, so we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules of our hotel complex so that our meetings are pleasant for both parties!

Each guest can enter the rooms with their own private door code, which will be sent to you by SMS on the day of arrival (and only if you have paid for the reservation in advance). Codes are valid from 15:00 on the day of arrival and expire at 12:00 on the day of departure.
Attention! Please be sure to vacate the room by 12:00!
NB! Arrival day reservations can be made until 23:59, reservations made after that are for the next day’s arrival, and the codes start working at 15:00.
In the parking lot in the courtyard of Kurgo Villa, parking is free for hotel guests, but there are only about 13 spaces for cars and these spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Also, no one is organizing parking, and the parking lot fills up on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking in the coastal district (including Papli Street, where the hotel is located) is chargeable all year round: 01.09.-30.04.: Mon-Sat (except national and state holidays) from 8:00 to 19:00 and 01.05.-31.08.: Mon-Fri (incl. national and state holidays) from 8:00 -19:00. Rooms are cleaned when guests leave. For longer stays, every fourth day. There are trash cans in the hotel area, where you can take the trash generated during your stay. You can ask for extra towels etc. from the support staff in the hotel area every day between 10:00 and 14:00.
Our hotel is non-smoking. You may smoke only in the designated area (marked with a sign in the courtyard). Smoking is strictly prohibited on the terraces for your own safety and that of others.
Pets are welcome ONLY in Garden House rooms. We keep the Manor House pet-free.
Only people who have checked in and paid for the accommodation stay in the hotel room. Nighttime is from 1 September to 31 May between 23:00 and 07:00; From June 1 to August 31, between 24:00 and 06:00. Up to 2 guests are allowed in your hotel room until 23:00, if they do not disturb other guests. Our hotel is guarded by Forus Security AS from 23:00.
Do not share room codes with strangers, the hotel does not take responsibility for things in the room. Also, please don’t forget your code, there is no one to answer your calls 24 hours a day!
Public places such as terraces, stairwells and courtyards are equipped with cameras.
When spending time in the outdoor area of the hotel, on the terrace and by the pool, and when leaving there, take your trash and other things that were brought there with you.
NB! Kurgo Villa offers contactless self-service accommodation – there is no administrator on site.
